| Training | Come to an intensive week of training in Atlanta at the home office. Engaging, in-depth, informative classes include Finance, Personnel, Operations, Technology and Marketing. You will complete your training feeling confident and knowledgeable about the business. In fact, after the training, you will be an integral part of the brand. A qualified trainer will be sent to your location for Blastoff week. Our Blastoff trainer coaches you in selecting the best team members, who will become your first team. You and your Blastoff trainer will work side-by-side, ensuring your first team receives total quality training. On-The-Job Training: 30 hours Classroom Training: 30 hours | Training Consists of: Cleaning Concepts, Customer Service, Recruiting, Interview, Hiring, Motivating, Managing the Manager, Administration, Equipment care and maintenance, Computer Ordering & Management System. The training is rigorous and incorporates every aspect of office management and operations from staffing your first office to local territory marketing. After completing your initial studies at Maids University you will be qualified to manage, and prepared to train your new staff. |
