| Training | Prior to opening your LION Coffee Cafe, you will be offered the opportunity to attend LION Coffee University and learn the day-to-day business in our corporate caf located in downtown San Diego. Master everything from how to make the perfect Cappuccino, to hiring the right staff, preparing payroll, ordering product, managing inventory and learning more than you ever imagined about specialty coffees. You can also take a trip to Oahu to visit the roasting facility in Honolulu and tour the Kona plantations on the big island of Hawaii. | As a franchisee, you will attend Coffee College, five days of comprehensive training at our corporate training center in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. You will also receive 4 days of training on-site at your location. Our training programs cover all aspects of operating a Cuppy's Coffee franchise and includes everything you will need to run your business! While training at our Corporate Headquarters, you will also receive hands-on experience working and operating one of our corporate stores. |
