| Training | Prior to opening your LION Coffee Cafe, you will be offered the opportunity to attend LION Coffee University and learn the day-to-day business in our corporate caf located in downtown San Diego. Master everything from how to make the perfect Cappuccino, to hiring the right staff, preparing payroll, ordering product, managing inventory and learning more than you ever imagined about specialty coffees. You can also take a trip to Oahu to visit the roasting facility in Honolulu and tour the Kona plantations on the big island of Hawaii. | You will be required to successfully complete the Boba Loca appropriate training program prior to opening your store. You will be required to attend the company's business course approximately 40 hours over five (5) days. Training shall take place at a Boba Loca location designated by us and in your store location during the initial days of operation. |
