| Training | Your training will take place in a working Le Peep restaurant, so that you can get real life experience as you learn. It entails approximately 7 weeks and covers every position in the restaurant. You will receive a Training Manual to study, as well as working each position. We do not charge you for the training, but you are responsible for your own living and travel expenses associated with it. | |

| Marketing | Green Beans Coffee will supply Franchisee with a library of assets to choose from for marketing support including branding, product focused, new product introductions, seasonal offerings, grassroots and promotional print-ready artwork. | |
| Operations | Building local community is essential for success of your business and owning and operating your Green Beans Coffee Caf . You must be present as you oversee and manage the training of your staff, greeting and thanking each customer for their support of your caf and producing the top-notch products our customer's demand. Green Beans Coffee grants single franchises to full-time owner-operators. Standard hours are usually 6AM to 7PM Monday Friday and 6AM to 5PM Saturday and Sunday. | |
