You will receive Operations Manuals that cover everything from employee hiring and training to product preparation, management, advertising and business systems. The training continues with special on-site support by one of our training managers for 1 week for your restaurant opening. | UFood Grill offers all of our franchisees a comprehensive 5-week training program at the UFood Grill University. This program includes a mix of classroom, test kitchen, and live, hands-on store training for 3 people in your organization, one of whom must be your store manager. Our field training team will assist in the opening of each store. |
