| Training | Training will be provided at the franchise owner's facility and will last for a minimum of one week. Because every member of the franchise network represents every Kids Incorporated center, the quality of our training is critical. Which is why, wherever possible, I like it to be delivered by my core team. Of course we continue to train and support our franchise owners in an on-going fashion. | - Corporate based in classroom training and pre-opening location based training - Specific instruction for owner, center director and education director - Assistance in licensing, opening, staff development and retention - Dedicated training of all new teachers and refresher training for long term staff - Guidance for implementing effective grand opening, open house events and community-orientated activities |
