| Support | We have a comprehensive franchise training and support program. You will have full support from our experienced team with: *Site selection and build-out assistance *Marketing and advertising programs that help you build brand awareness in your local market area *Sales tools and customer service programs to enroll students and keep them coming back *Franchise training programs that enable you to operate your business with confidence from day one *On-going enhancements to our proprietary IT system to keep you up-to-date in managing and growing your business *On-going support and coaching from Michael, Ken and the Kids In Sports team | You and your key managers will receive both classroom and on-the-job training in Los Angeles for approximately one week. You will also receive three days of on-site training at your own location around the time of your opening. A Franchise Performance Coach is assigned to your location to provide ongoing support and training. You will have access to the Sky Zone trademarks, approved suppliers, the Confidential Operations Manual, and our exclusive equipment and operational tools.
