| Training | Junga Juice, LLC will provide all the training you need to open your store and keep it running successfully from opening day forward. A representative will be on site to train your employees before the store opens and during its first few days of operation. After the initial training we will be available for consultation over the phone and will schedule planned visits to ensure your continued success. | We conduct an intensive, one-week training session at our Akron, Ohio headquarters or at our Irvine, California franchise location, depending on where you live. You will gain both "back office" and in-store experience covering all aspects of operating a Stricklands Ice Cream franchise. In addition, we provide 3-5 days of onsite supportand training at your location during your grand opening week. We also provide our Franchisees a comprehensive Franchise Operations & Policies Manual, which provides detailed information concerning the development, opening and ongoing operation of your Stricklands Ice Cream franchise. |
