The training includes: * Vision and Values * Operations Manual * Franchisee's Responsibilities * POS System * Training for Product/Service Presentation * Marketing & Promotion Planning * Catering & Special Events Strategy * Hiring Your Staff and Personnel Practices & Policy * Job & Staff Training * Receiving & Storing Products * Health, Sanitation & Licensing Requirements | The WindMill training program is designed to take you from the ground up. Each individual franchisee will receive a hand-tailored program based upon their prior knowledge. Training is conducted in a corporate-owned restaurant and a minimum of eighty hours is required. |
