| Training | You will visit our headquarters and main store in Florida, and will train in both a classroom environment, and then by serving customers alongside us. We will teach you EVERYTHING in one week from purchasing to accounting and from customer service to marketing, and more. When you are ready to open your Hut no. 8 store you will also have one of our representatives on-site to do refresher training, to assist you in serving your customers, and to help with your store set-up. *QuickBooks Pro *Store Setup *Computer Setup, configuration, and initial problem diagnosis *Customer Service *Point Of Sale Training *Purchasing Inventory *Pricing Inventory for Resale *Business Expansion & Idea Building | Pre-opening training will be preceded by a review of the operations manual, as well as online demonstrations and tutorials. Additionally, we will provide training for the franchise owner and a lead technician, with modules on topics such as repairs and service procedures and overall business operations. |
