Our Training program involves extensive in-store training from our experienced trainers. During this period we will train you in everything from Naanwich , Soup, Beverage and Dessert preparation, scheduling and ordering, customer service, management control systems to the training of your new staff. In addition our trainers will come to your store during the first week of business to help you prepare for your grand opening. You will be assisted in implementing marketing tools to get your name out in the community, will be helped to ensure your employees get comfortable with daily operations, as well as behind the scenes help with scheduling, ordering, and training.
Support We want our franchisees to be as open and honest with us as we are with them, if you had an excellent day and want to share your news with us and this is why our lines of communication are always open. Our 24 hour support line is available toll free at 1-866-508-1670 If you had a bad day and need some advice we are always here to help you!
