| Training | Much like our successful weight loss program formula, your franchise will thrive on passion, commitment, and personal attention. We will provide you with the tools to run a fulfilling and profitable business. It all starts with a valuable two-day Orientation at the Herbal Magic Corporate Office in London, Ontario. During this time you will be fully trained by our Management team and expert staff on: * Site planning/centre specifications * General business and administrative procedures * Hiring practices * Marketing and advertising ideas and strategies You will then be required to attend one week of classroom training where you'll learn everything about our products, in-store policies and procedures, and best practices. | You will visit the 9Round training facility in Greenville SC. You will go through a 5 day intensive training program that will teach you not only how to kick and punch, but how to operate the business. On-The-Job Training: 16 hours Classroom Training: 16 hours Additional Training: Online & regional training |
