Support Upon execution of the franchise agreement, you will receive a copy of our Confidential Operations Manual which gives the specifics of operating a Hayden's restaurant. In addition, we will be there to fully support you from pre-opening, throughout the opening, and ongoing to support your business. You will be supported by our operations experts that will work with you on fine tuning your operations, as well as helping you improve your profitability. Research & Development Hayden's believes success in the restaurant business is based on serving incredible food and keeping the menu fresh. We maintain an in house culinary team that is responsible for constant development of the menu through the implementation of our seasonal menus. We will also work with Franchise Business Partners to develop regional specialty items if needed to support your business.
Marketing Hayden's believes that the best marketing is done locally. That is why we will supply you with a Local Marketing Handbook to assist in establishing your restaurant as a favorite dining spot in the community. We will also make available TV, Radio, Billboard and Print if you decide that mass media in your market is a viable marketing strategy.
