A Hayden's Business Partner must have previous restaurant ownership experience. Business Partner's must have a Designated Manager that is approved by Hayden's. The Designated Manager must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a General Manager of a casual dining restaurant concept or a minimum of 5 years multi-unit experience in a fast casual concept. The Designated Manager must dedicate their full-time running the business. Multi-unit restaurant management experience required. Operations experience serving alcoholic beverages and maintaining required licenses. If you do not have that experience you will be required to hire an Operating Partner who has the required experience. Each location must have a full-time, Rock and Brews trained General Manager with experience in operating a full service, casual dining environment including the service of alcoholic beverages.
