| Training | Franchisees are allowed to attend the HART Smart Initial Training Program, which consists of five days of training before business launch and up to three days of training within approximately 90 days of the commencement of operations. Training is conducted locally and at our Seattle, Washington Corporate Headquarters. | Each Franchisee will participate in a 2 week training course involving all of our policies and procedures, as well as business operations. On-site training for an additional 10 business days to help the transition into your new business |
