Training Franchisees are allowed to attend the HART Smart Initial Training Program, which consists of five days of training before business launch and up to three days of training within approximately 90 days of the commencement of operations. Training is conducted locally and at our Seattle, Washington Corporate Headquarters. Initial training occurs at our company headquarters for one week. This is followed up with on site support by an operations specialist for 2 days during your initial phase of operating. Members of the management team and designated vendors conduct training. Training will be provided for two persons per franchised business and ongoing training is also available. Instructional topics include sales, marketing, technical processes, understanding the supplies and equipment, personnel, financial management and more.
