| Training | Our 6-month training program provides a daily support system, business readiness coaching and mentoring with a seamless transition as you build your revenue as a franchisee business. Whether you are an individual franchisee or area representative our level of support enables you to grow with your individualized business plan. Through your GUAVA business plan and financials we work with you to define your direction and course of growth. Your training begins within the first week of signing your franchise agreement. As your business begins in the comfort of your home office through a web based introduction, GUAVA corporate team members are strategically introduced as your business takes form leveraging the many talents of corporate team. Corporate training at the local office provides insight and a hands-on approach to mastering the many facets of your business. We make training innovative, fun and one that will give you measurable benchmarks making significant process every day. On-line training, daily phone calls, on-site visits, mentoring and coaching because your success is our success! | Up to 3 individuals will attend a 40 hour training program at the corporate offices prior to the opening of your business. Six different instructors will review the start up process and provide valuable training on how to manage and grow your business.
