Before the initial training in Long Beach, CA, you will be sent a package with pre-training materials including manuals, DVD's and books to review in order to get you familiar with interior plantscaping. Training will consist of but not limited to, study materials on plant identification and proper care, hands-on lessons, nursery tours, business training and review of the expansive Operations Manual. | Led by industry experts in out of home advertising, your initial training program is packed with all the information you will need to learn to successfully launch your business. During your week in West Palm Beach, FL at our corporate headquarters we will cover the following: - Business operations - Internet marketing your business - Financial management - Generating sales - Event Management During your start-up, we send our Plan Ahead Events support specialist to you location to help you put everything in place that you learned during your initial training.
