Training Prior to opening, the franchisee attends our initial training program that lasts approximately eight days. Training will, unless otherwise stated, take place at our Head Office in Mississauga, Ontario. The franchisee and their staff must also attend such additional or supplemental training courses and seminars and franchisee meetings of such duration as the franchisor may deem reasonably necessary. Training at our headquarters for four intensive days *Additional training onsite at your location *Monthly conference calls *Unlimited electronic and telephone support.

Our franchisees attend quarterly franchisee meetings, regular conference calls, webinars, conventions and manager meetings, where they have the opportunity to learn new skills, stay up-to-date with Grade Learning news and provide input, assistance and support in the building, launching and refining of current and new programs.
