This includes $0 to $70,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate. The total investment necessary to begin operation of a totally new FYZICAL Center is $68,750 to $699,000. This includes $0 to $40,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate. The above estimates assume the population of your protected area does not exceed 40,000.
