Successful FlipFlop Dogs franchise owners share the following characteristics: *Assertive self-starters with a strong desire to succeed *The drive to start a business and the endurance to see it through *The ability to connect and to communicate well with customers *Excellent time management skills *Willing and able to follow a process | Some general business and marketing/sales experience will be beneficial to you, but is not mandatory. Other Experience: We are looking for people who truly love animals.
