| Training | We provide you an initial training program that covers material aspects of the operation of the franchised restaurant.This training is offered on an as needed basis at our headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, or another location we designate. You must designate a manger for the franchised restaurant and he or she must satisfactorily complete the initial training approximately 8 weeks before the opening of the franchised restaurant. One assistant of your choosing may also attend at your option. | The Cream & Fudge Academy offers a broad range of technical and managerial courses. The training is designed to provide you with the key skills required to run your stores with a passion for quality - a passion your customers will sense and appreciate through their overall experience at the store. The Cream & Fudge Factory also offers onsite training by its experienced professionals and has a specialized team taht can assist your local team in opening a new store. |
