If you operate more than one Studio, each Studio must be under the direct on-p remises supervision of an acceptable manager who has demonstrated the ab ility to operate a Studio. The manager need not have an equity inte rest in the business. However, the manager must sign an agreement containing confidentiality and noncompe titive provisions with the Studio.
