You'll take part in one of the most extensive training programs in the franchise industry, which includes 2 weeks of training at our global headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida. After that, you'll get personal one-on-one training right in your store to ensure you have the technical, business and marketing expertise you need. Ongoing training opportunities are also provided through regional meetings, our World Expo events and our proprietary online education portal. On-The-Job Training: 11 hours Classroom Training: 69 hours | Though tuition is included in the Franchise Fee, travel and living expenses will be charged to the Franchisee. The 5-day Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator course is offered in 230 locations. Travel and living expenses will also be charged to the Franchisee for the 4-day hands-on management training which is conducted in Orlando, Florida. |
