You'll take part in one of the most extensive training programs in the franchise industry, which includes 2 weeks of training at our global headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida. After that, you'll get personal one-on-one training right in your store to ensure you have the technical, business and marketing expertise you need. Ongoing training opportunities are also provided through regional meetings, our World Expo events and our proprietary online education portal. On-The-Job Training: 11 hours Classroom Training: 69 hours | Training is a staple of the Nextwave Franchise System. We offer you the most comprehensive training available today to assist you in managing your franchised location. For as long as you are part of our system your training is a FREE benefit of belonging, not just for you but also for your employees. As your business continues to grow and the need arises for more employees you may send them to the home office for training.
