For this reason we have put together a comprehensive three week training program to ensure the transition into your new life as a Papa Bello Franchisee is a smooth and easy one. Following your acceptance as a Papa Bello franchisee, you will be scheduled to begin the Papa Bello comprehensive training program. Your training will cover: * Administration and Store Development * Human Resources - Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring, Training and Motivating * Store Opening and Closing Procedures * Bookkeeping * Working together with WAL*MART (as applicable) * Products * Food & Paper Cost Guide * Delivery * Customer Service * Inventory Control * Sanitation * Equipment Care and Maintenance * Marketing * POS (Point Of Sale) System Operation The Papa Bello training program covers every aspect of store management and operations. Upon graduation, you will have mastered the skills and knowledge needed to successfully manage your own Papa Bello Pizza restaurant. Plus, the Papa Bello training team is always available should you have questions once your store opens. Our main goal is your success! |
