| Experience | Some general business and marketing/sales experience will be beneficial to you, but is not mandatory. Other Experience: We are looking for people who truly love animals. We prefer people who understand and appreciate the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle and why exercise is a fundamental part of a balanced life for both humans and pets. Experience running for pleasure/fun (or even competitively) is helpful, but not mandatory | Dogs Rule Resort embraces the very highest standards of animal care, and we're seeking individuals who share our values. A discriminating brand in the pet-care industry, we're highly selective in choosing potential franchisee candidates. To be considered as a candidate, you must love dogs and possess well-developed people skills. The ideal candidate will also have a background in sales, good marketing sense, strong sales skills, and excellent customer service abilities. You must be mature and stable, with high personal standards of honesty and integrity. Former small business or pet-care experience will be considered a plus but is not a requirement. Should you be awarded a Dogs Rule Resort franchise, membership in the American Boarding Kennel Association will be required. |

| Training | Approximately 3 days of in-person classroom and in-the-field instruction. You may bring an additional person to the entire training program. | At Dogs Rule Resort we provide very competitive and effective training programs for our clients. We have four types of training programs which are Obedience Training, Day Train, Private Lessons, and Board and Train. |
| Support | After the initial training, you'll receive continual help and guidance in operating and growing your business. | |
| Marketing | Our marketing program is simple and effective: we build relationships in person and online. There are very few costs for "traditional" advertising. Instead, you'll jump on board our state-of-the-art website to gather most of your leads and new customers. Plus, in addition to the support we provide you directly, we have a marketing partner with a huge library of information, videos, pre-recorded webinars, and data that you'll have full access to whenever you want to learn more about modern marketing strategies and tactics. | |
