| Training | Training begins well before, and continues well after, the opening of the store. The storeowner will be assigned a trainer from our corporate offices. The training program includes a complete review of the comprehensive operations manual and other materials including: Store Build Out and Preparation Cash Management Hours of Operation Inventory Order and Control Merchandise Ordering Merchandising Store security Employee Handbook Customized training can be done telephonically or a combo of class room training at our corporate headquarters is available. | Initial training course at our corporate office in Apple Valley, Minnesota. The course includes classroom instruction and on-the-job training to learn basic operating skills, such as booking and conducting shows, inventory purchase and control, merchandising, customer service, customer relations, basic computer set-up and operations, selling and marketing techniques, financial reporting and much, much more.
