| Experience | Though some experience in mold remediation or other environmental cleaning services is a plus, it is not required to become a CRAL franchise owner. We look for candidates who are dedicated to client service, and solid business management skills are also important. Regardless of your skills or background, we will provide the tools and training you need to run your own CRAL business.
