| Training | 3 days at Cool Factory training center | We conduct an intensive, one-week training session at our Akron, Ohio headquarters or at our Irvine, California franchise location, depending on where you live. You will gain both "back office" and in-store experience covering all aspects of operating a Stricklands Ice Cream franchise. In addition, we provide 3-5 days of onsite supportand training at your location during your grand opening week. We also provide our Franchisees a comprehensive Franchise Operations & Policies Manual, which provides detailed information concerning the development, opening and ongoing operation of your Stricklands Ice Cream franchise. |

The Cool Factory (featuring Dreyer's/Edy's Grand Ice cream) franchising opportunity provides franchisees with a solid operational structure and franchising to build a successful business upon. | Operations | Cool Factory Parlor features a standard menu of superior ice cream and coffee. Cool Factory has more than 55 flavors of ice cream, various different tastes of coffee and yogurt, and we are continually looking to expand our flavor selection with new ice blended drinks and inventive taste offerings with our ice cream, yogurt and coffee licensor/vendor. The customers can special order a combination of ice cream and coffee, which are individually prepared to order in the Parlor. We may also authorize or require that special drinks, pastries and other food and beverage items be added to Parlor menus. | |
