| Training | 3 days at Cool Factory training center | We provide you an initial training program that covers material aspects of the operation of the franchised restaurant.This training is offered on an as needed basis at our headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, or another location we designate. You must designate a manger for the franchised restaurant and he or she must satisfactorily complete the initial training approximately 8 weeks before the opening of the franchised restaurant. One assistant of your choosing may also attend at your option. |

| Operations | Cool Factory Parlor features a standard menu of superior ice cream and coffee. Cool Factory has more than 55 flavors of ice cream, various different tastes of coffee and yogurt, and we are continually looking to expand our flavor selection with new ice blended drinks and inventive taste offerings with our ice cream, yogurt and coffee licensor/vendor. The customers can special order a combination of ice cream and coffee, which are individually prepared to order in the Parlor. We may also authorize or require that special drinks, pastries and other food and beverage items be added to Parlor menus. | A Fendall's Ice Cream franchise will offer mainly ice cream, frozen deserts, food, with some other menu items. |
