| Training | As a new franchisee, you will participate in one of the most comprehensive training programs in the industry. You will start by attending 3 weeks of comprehensive classroom training that covers coffee and tea, our menu, managing a successful cafe, human resources, and much more. Upon completion, you'll spend an additional 3 weeks in your market (whenever possible) working directly in a cafe. Prior to opening your doors, we will help train your staff and assist you in all aspects of opening your store. | Support | We have an integrated supply chain with worldwide distribution capabilities, owning the process from seed to cup. Exclusive and proprietary recipes for beverages, pastries, and cafe meals are created by our product development team who ensures each item is crafted to our premium standards. Our real estate and development team assists in store design, stores specifications and construction. Our support team includes a dedicated Franchise Business Manager for day-to-day operations and ongoing support, as well as franchise trainers and training centers in Los Angeles, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. | All throughout the franchise process, you will have the ongoing support and expertise of our staff.
