Having basic business and computer skills, plus sales and customer relations skills will also be a plus. You or your staff should have proper certifications and credentials to provide personal training services. We prefer owner-operators - or on-site managers - who can commit to the daily management of the business. We welcome single unit owners as well as qualified multi-unit owners. | |

| Training | We provide you with five days of comprehensive training in our business operations and procedures, including our superb exercise and fitness program. You'll learn how to use our excellent office, sales, computer software, and marketing systems. Your training will consist of both classroom and hands-on experience. | At a corporate location and onsite in your territory, as well as ongoing refresher training and business planning meetings. Modular headquarters-based training for up to 3 people total, lasting up to 18 days and covering sales, administration, personal training techniques and assessments, and much more. One of our representatives will spend up to seven days in two visits assisting you and your staff on-site at your gym. We'll also present you with a copy of our confidential operations manual to help you run your business properly on a day-to-day basis. |
| Support | As a valued member of our franchise system, you'll receive outstanding business advice and support. You'll be visited, on a periodic basis, by a Club 50 Fitness field representative. And, we're always available during business hours to answer your questions and address your needs. | * Start-up: including site selection, design and layout of your gym, equipment needs, and more. * Training: both at a corporate location and onsite in your territory, as well as ongoing refresher training and business planning meetings. * Marketing: including help with your Grand Opening campaign so you can hit the ground running. * Operations: a copy of our detailed confidential manual containing the procedures, processes, forms, and tactics you need to run an effective personal training franchise. * Technology: access to our proprietary management software, complete with online business and client management tools - including schedules, personalized progress plans and charts, billing and reporting, and more! |

You'll have guidelines for the implementation of advertising and promotional materials within your market. You will also have full access to our musical image, which can be used in any marketing venue, as well as full access to our professionally produced 30 and 60 second television spots. Club 50 believes in supplying the advertising and marketing tools necessary to be successful in today's competitive business climate. | |
