| Training | We provide you with two weeks of in-depth classroom training at our headquarters, followed by a lengthy hands-on training period in one or more of our restaurants. Our Opening Team will also be with you for one week before your restaurant opens, and for one week after you’ve opened. We’re there to train your staff and make sure the quality standards are maintained and your first guests instantly become loyal ones. | 3-week training program provides hands-on experience covering all phases of operating your la prep franchise. You will receive Operations Manuals that cover everything from employee hiring and training to product preparation, management, advertising and business systems. The training continues with special on-site support by one of our training managers for 1 week for your restaurant opening. |
