| Training | The comprehensive 4-week training program at our Corporate Training Centre provides hands-on experience covering all phases of operating your Cafe Supreme franchise. You will receive operations manuals that cover everything from employee hiring and training to product preparation, management, advertising and business systems. The training continues with special on-site support by one of our training managers for 1 week for your cafe opening. | Prior to opening your LION Coffee Cafe, you will be offered the opportunity to attend LION Coffee University and learn the day-to-day business in our corporate caf located in downtown San Diego. Master everything from how to make the perfect Cappuccino, to hiring the right staff, preparing payroll, ordering product, managing inventory and learning more than you ever imagined about specialty coffees. You can also take a trip to Oahu to visit the roasting facility in Honolulu and tour the Kona plantations on the big island of Hawaii. |
