Training You will be required to successfully complete the Boba Loca appropriate training program prior to opening your store. You will be required to attend the company's business course approximately 40 hours over five (5) days. Training shall take place at a Boba Loca location designated by us and in your store location during the initial days of operation. You will attend our Initial Training Program to give you an overview of operations. During the week long program you will again access to our information for Accounting, Store Operations, Advertisements, Coffee, Tea, HR procedures, and more.
Support Our service includes store layout planning recommendation, cooking beverage training, grand opening promotions and limited time on-site support. We created a Confidential Business Operation Manual which contains our policies, specifications, procedures and instructions pertaining to the operation of Boba Loca system. We will work closely with you from the beginning of your project with Site Selection, Lease Negotiation Assistance, and Construction Assistance. We will even be there for your opening.
