| Training | You will be required to successfully complete the Boba Loca appropriate training program prior to opening your store. You will be required to attend the company's business course approximately 40 hours over five (5) days. Training shall take place at a Boba Loca location designated by us and in your store location during the initial days of operation. | The comprehensive 4-week training program at our Corporate Training Centre provides hands-on experience covering all phases of operating your Cafe Supreme franchise. You will receive operations manuals that cover everything from employee hiring and training to product preparation, management, advertising and business systems. The training continues with special on-site support by one of our training managers for 1 week for your cafe opening. |
