We do look for people who will be dedicated to their restaurant operations, and who have solid business and people management experience. The ability to build a strong operations team and potentially open and operate multiple units are also important factors we evaluate. | No related experience is necessary, just your desire to learn. You will receive Operations Manuals that cover everything from employee hiring and training to product preparation, management, advertising and business systems. The training continues with special on-site support by one of our training managers for 1 week for your restaurant opening. |
