| Experience | Although it will not be necessary for you to have prior restaurant ownership experience, you will need to have general foodservice experience and the leadership skills necessary to learn the Bikinis system and develop a strong operations team within your franchised bar/restaurant. We also expect you or an operating partner will be fully dedicated to running the business. We also look for solid skills in customer service, relationship-building, operational procedures, organizational, and business management skills. But no matter what your skills or background are, we will provide the tools and training you need to run your own Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill location. We do, of course, also expect that you have the right amount of capital to invest in the franchise. | *Multi-unit developers (ability to develop three or more restaurants): $500,000 liquid (per store); $1,500,000 net worth (per store). *Strong banking relationships and ability to secure funding. Management and Operating Requirements *At least five years multi-unit restaurant operations and development experience. *The ability to deliver a superlative customer experience while maintaining a dedication to develop the Twin Peaks culture. *Live in your market and have strong ties to the local community. *The ability to create and manage an organization that recruits, trains, retains and motivates people effectively. *Dedication to operations excellence. |

| Training | *The franchise group's control person and all management participate in a 6-7 week training program at the Twin Peaks Training Center located in Dallas, Texas. *Additionally, we provide an opening training team to provide on-site pre-opening and opening training, supervision and assistance to you for a minimum of 14 days. *Once completed, franchisees receive regular updates to their training, including on-site visits and operation reviews. | |
