| Experience | Although it will not be necessary for you to have prior restaurant ownership experience, you will need to have general foodservice experience and the leadership skills necessary to learn the Bikinis system and develop a strong operations team within your franchised bar/restaurant. We also expect you or an operating partner will be fully dedicated to running the business. We also look for solid skills in customer service, relationship-building, operational procedures, organizational, and business management skills. But no matter what your skills or background are, we will provide the tools and training you need to run your own Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill location. We do, of course, also expect that you have the right amount of capital to invest in the franchise. | A Hayden's Business Partner must have a minimum net worth of $1,500,000 of which $300,000 in assets must be liquid. A Hayden's Business Partner must have previous restaurant ownership experience. Business Partner's must have a Designated Manager that is approved by Hayden's. The Designated Manager must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a General Manager of a casual dining restaurant concept or a minimum of 5 years multi-unit experience in a fast casual concept. The Designated Manager must dedicate their full-time running the business. |

We believe in training as a method of growing sales, we are looking for Franchise Business Partners who understand the importance of executing operations through training. | |
| Support | Upon execution of the franchise agreement, you will receive a copy of our Confidential Operations Manual which gives the specifics of operating a Hayden's restaurant. In addition, we will be there to fully support you from pre-opening, throughout the opening, and ongoing to support your business. You will be supported by our operations experts that will work with you on fine tuning your operations, as well as helping you improve your profitability. Research & Development Hayden's believes success in the restaurant business is based on serving incredible food and keeping the menu fresh. We maintain an in house culinary team that is responsible for constant development of the menu through the implementation of our seasonal menus. We will also work with Franchise Business Partners to develop regional specialty items if needed to support your business. | |
| Marketing | Hayden's believes that the best marketing is done locally. That is why we will supply you with a Local Marketing Handbook to assist in establishing your restaurant as a favorite dining spot in the community. We will also make available TV, Radio, Billboard and Print if you decide that mass media in your market is a viable marketing strategy. | |
