| Experience | You do not necessarily need to be a teacher or hold a current teaching certificate to join the Best in Class franchise system. We do look for franchise owners who have Bachelor's Degrees or higher, and some experience in working with children. Franchisees should also have a passion for teaching or working with students, plus the right business/customer relations skills, and a solid work ethic. We also want franchise owners who will be dedicated to the operations and growth of their Best in Class Education Centers. | |

On-The-Job Training: 30 hours Classroom Training: 40 hours | - Corporate based in classroom training and pre-opening location based training - Specific instruction for owner, center director and education director - Assistance in licensing, opening, staff development and retention - Dedicated training of all new teachers and refresher training for long term staff - Guidance for implementing effective grand opening, open house events and community-orientated activities |
