| Experience | You do not necessarily need to be a teacher or hold a current teaching certificate to join the Best in Class franchise system. We do look for franchise owners who have Bachelor's Degrees or higher, and some experience in working with children. Franchisees should also have a passion for teaching or working with students, plus the right business/customer relations skills, and a solid work ethic. We also want franchise owners who will be dedicated to the operations and growth of their Best in Class Education Centers. | Qualified candidates for Code Ninjas franchise ownership come from all walks of life, including business, education, military, police, retirees, entrepreneurs (and yes, coders). The best franchise owners play an active role in the business, and are interested in making a positive impact on children and their community. Other qualities we look for are drive, compassion, willingness to learn, and support for our values. |

| Training | We will provide pre-opening training for franchisees for up to five days at our corporate headquarters, plus up to three days of onsite support during your initial months of operations. On-The-Job Training: 30 hours Classroom Training: 40 hours | Prior to opening, franchise owners attend training led by our team of franchising experts, totaling approximately 50 hours. This includes in-person and online training. In addition, a corporate representative will be present to assist with the opening and initial operations of your center, to help you get off to a great start. |
