| Training | Our training objective is to get you up to speed and earning money as quickly as possible, and we've had many years of experience perfecting the process. To that end, we will provide you with a combination of face-to-face onsite training, online remote training, daily coaching calls, special training events, and regular conferences. *2 days of intensive onsite, start-up training at our corporate headquarters *Advanced hands-on training at our office, working right alongside experienced recruiters on our staff *New Agents may bring one guest -- either a business associate or spouse -- through onsite training at our Headquarters for no additional charge | |
| Support | We will give you information, instructions, techniques, data, instructional material, forms and other developments and enhancements We will furnish you with certain consultation services which may include advice on programs, procedures, guidelines, systems, specifications or techniques for the operation of your Center. We will install forms, software, booking system, schedule, job orders system, website set-up, accounts and emails. After you begin operating your Center we will review and approve any advertising material, we'll give you a some promotional material and brochures. We will attempt to maintain a supply of those non-proprietary products and services you have to buy. We will not be the employer of your Center's staff. We will give you advice on pricing, markups and margins for your services. Any such list will be a recommendation only. You must inform us of all price changes. We are waiving the royalty fee for 1 year. We will provide a price comparison with other franchises that offer same services. We provide each franchise with national contracts that we have in place already. We provide contracts for international nurses from India. We provide leads for nurses and facilities. | |
