| Experience | All you need is a passion for sports. Our existing franchise network is made up of people from diverse backgrounds, including former coaches, players, personal trainers, teachers and executives. Many have degrees in sports physiology and exercise science. | If you have a true interest in or even a passion for fitness, then it is not necessary for you to have prior fitness industry experience. Having basic business and computer skills, plus sales and customer relations skills will also be a plus. You or your staff should have proper certifications and credentials to provide personal training services. We prefer owner-operators - or on-site managers - who can commit to the daily management of the business. We welcome single unit owners as well as qualified multi-unit owners. |

We'll also present you with a copy of our confidential operations manual to help you run your business properly on a day-to-day basis. | |
