| Training | 32 University provides professional training in all aspects of operating a 32 A Yogurt Bar store. Once you are approved for a franchise, your training will begin with an intensive training program. This will include not only working in one of our stores, but also meeting with marketing, accounting and operations staff. This is a thorough training program designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate your own 32 A Yogurt Bar store! | We conduct an intensive, one-week training session at our Akron, Ohio headquarters or at our Irvine, California franchise location, depending on where you live. You will gain both "back office" and in-store experience covering all aspects of operating a Stricklands Ice Cream franchise. In addition, we provide 3-5 days of onsite supportand training at your location during your grand opening week. We also provide our Franchisees a comprehensive Franchise Operations & Policies Manual, which provides detailed information concerning the development, opening and ongoing operation of your Stricklands Ice Cream franchise. |
