| Training | 32 University provides professional training in all aspects of operating a 32 A Yogurt Bar store. Once you are approved for a franchise, your training will begin with an intensive training program. This will include not only working in one of our stores, but also meeting with marketing, accounting and operations staff. This is a thorough training program designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate your own 32 A Yogurt Bar store! | Covers the areas of administration, operations, customer service and more. Valuable, hands-on experience will be gained through on-the-job training at an existing Shakes Alive! location. Shortly before your location opens, an experienced trainer will attend your grand opening in order to help assure that things start as smooth as possible. |

We will provide you with advice for your local advertising, including assistance with identification of desired media in your local market area, print ad design and placement, social media outlets and other possible marketing efforts to make your store a well-known destination. | We are eager to share our expertise with you, and will be available to answer your questions by phone or email at any time.
