| Training | 32 University provides professional training in all aspects of operating a 32 A Yogurt Bar store. Once you are approved for a franchise, your training will begin with an intensive training program. This will include not only working in one of our stores, but also meeting with marketing, accounting and operations staff. This is a thorough training program designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate your own 32 A Yogurt Bar store! | We provide you an initial training program that covers material aspects of the operation of the franchised restaurant.This training is offered on an as needed basis at our headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, or another location we designate. You must designate a manger for the franchised restaurant and he or she must satisfactorily complete the initial training approximately 8 weeks before the opening of the franchised restaurant. One assistant of your choosing may also attend at your option. |
